Author Talk w/Gail Olmsted
Join us at the Publick House on Thursday, September 22nd at 7PM for an author talk with author Gail Olmsted for a discussion of Olmsted’s life and legacy and a reading from her latest novel. "Landscape of a Marriage" is the story of Frederick Law Olmsted and his late brother’s widow Mary. Theirs began as a marriage of convenience but grew into a lifelong love affair as described in this critically acclaimed novel, published July 29, 2021.

Gail Ward Olmsted was a marketing executive and a college professor before she began writing fiction on a full time basis. A trip to Sedona, AZ inspired her first novel Jeep Tour. Three more novels followed before she began Landscape of a Marriage, a biographical work of fiction featuring landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted, a distant cousin of her husband’s, and his wife Mary.

Signed copies of all of Olmsted’s books will be available for purchase.  For more information, please visit her on Facebook or on GailOlmsted.com.
