Can't find your student ID card? Complete the form below to request a new one!

The cost of a new student ID card is $5.00. The fee will appear in your PaySchools account/Genesis Parent Portal. Please allow for up to 2 school days after submitting this form for the fee to appear. 

New ID cards will not be printed or distributed until AFTER payment has been received! Please allow 1-2 school days after payment for your student to receive their ID card.
