Model Agreement Form
All models are required to collaborate with Jami 'Danas for at least 2 months before becoming an ambassador. With your 2 month term, you would receive a 15% personal discount code and a 10% discount code for your followers. If Jami 'Danas receives your 10% discount code from your followers 5 times, we will send you a free gift. Models are required to showcase our bandanas by wearing and posting them on their feed, don't forget to @ us. ALL MODELS AND AMBASSADORS ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW US.
