BGSO Wellness Challenge Interest Form
Are you interested in participating with your fellow BGSO members in a semester-long challenge to reach or maintain your personal wellness goals? If so, complete this form to join in on the fun!

Run time: October 5th to December 13th

Tracking your progress:  Every week, you will receive an email to track your progress on the wellness goals which you have set for yourself. Remember, this is a challenge for you, your personal goals are not compared to anyone else. Similar to the spring GSA Wellness Challenge, below are the areas in which you will be challenged:

FITNESS: This requires the tracking the number of days you participated in some form of physical fitness for at least 20 minutes. This might be going for a run, practicing yoga from a video, or doing bodyweight exercises. (Max Pts: 7/wk)

NUTRITION: At the beginning of the challenge, you will need to set one or more nutritional goals for the
challenge. At the end of each week, please consider how well you stuck to your goals, and rank it on a
scale from “not well” to “well” in the form. You are welcome to add new goals partway through the
challenge if you would like to, by submitting a new Interest Form. (Max Pts: 4/wk)

MENTAL/SPIRITUAL: This requires the tracking of the number of days you set aside time for your mental or
spiritual well-being during a given week. This may include meditation, taking a mindful hike, journaling,
praying, or otherwise intentionally dedicating time to slow down and reflect. (Max Pts: 7/wk)
 
Prizes: At the end of the challenge, the top 3 performers will win a prize! Some randomly drawn active participants will also win a prize. Prizes include your choice of: yoga block, resistance bands, yoga mat, time-marked water bottle, ankle weights, barbells, and MORE!
