In light of May being mental health awareness month , I’m going to put some extra focus on changing from the inside and out!

We are going to put an extra emphasis on making sure we not only make choices that are healthy for our bodies but also our minds .
It is vital we work to control the controllable and remind ourselves how huge of an impact our nutrition, sleep schedule , exercise regimes, gut health and hydration impact our mental health and much as our mental health! Ultimately , both are important .
Think different themed days , accountability , inspiration and some fun! From me !
