We are doing an end of year track banquet at Farmington high school on Wednesday May 25th at 6:00 PM. We will meet in the FHS commons and begin serving food promptly at 6:00. Costa Vida will cater and we will have some desserts and drinks as well. Each athlete may attend with 2 guests. If you are planning on attending please fill this form out by Monday May 23rd at 7:00 PM so we can get a head count over to Costa Vida for food. Disclaimer - By filling this form out you agree to have Coach Brower invoice your MyDSD to pay for the banquet that way we don't have to handle any money at the banquet. Cost will be $10 per person.
