*** Pre-registration is for NEW to TM Primary students.**  Please pick up a registration packet prior to scheduling an in-person appointment.  All forms need to be completely filled in ahead of your registration appointment.

Tuloso-Midway Primary School will be conducting in-person registration for Pre-Kinder & Kinder students for the 2021-2022 School Year. This will only be for in-district students.  Transfers are not being accepted. Registration will take place at the Primary School April 12 - 23.  For the health and safety of all parents and staff, we ask that you complete the form below to schedule a date and time for an in-person appointment to register.  **NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED**  If you have questions regarding the online pre-registration form, please contact the school at 361-903-6500.

You will need the following documents to enroll your child:
       - Student's official Birth Certificate
       - Student's Social Security Card
       - Student's completed shot record
       - Parent's Drivers License or Official State ID
       - Current Proof of Residence  (Water bill, light bill, or valid lease)
       - Pre-Kinder Only - Proof of eligibility
