Students will not be repeating works from Fall semester.*Join me on a marvelous journey of artistic discovery! As an instructor, I'm determined to shake up your creativity by exploring different art forms, from watercolors to pastels to canvas paint, and more! The best part? We'll celebrate the fact that every single individual holds a unique voice and style.To get things started, we'll roll back the artistic clock and study the greats, like Van Gogh, Frida Kahlo, and Jackson Pollock. But, we won't stop there! We'll also check out modern artists, like Keith Haring, Bansky, and Yayoi Kusama.As the semester progresses, your child will learn how to mix colors, apply brushstrokes, and receive step-by-step how-to’s, to transform their imagination into a work of art! Every stroke builds up to a beautiful masterpiece, which means your child will feel accomplished and proud at the end of each class.Required Supplies:ALL supplies are Included in the class price.Grading Policy:This class does not have graded projects. I can provide a scale of how well students are following directions, their class conduct, and the effort being given by students if parents would like. I feel that graded work takes away the joy and freedom of creativity. Student work can be used as samples.Payment Policy:Full payment is required during the first week of classes if paying via check. A receipt will be issued for reimbursement purposes. This vendor can direct bill the following Charter/Correspondence Schools: Family Partnership, Frontier, IDEA, Raven, and Cyberlynx.This vendor is listed under the business name Create With Jess.IDEA families must turn in the Vendor Direct Payment Form by the end of the first week of classes.
