2024 Montana State Cup Referee Application

Please complete the below application to be considered as a referee for the 2024 Montana State Cup.  This tournament will host the top 4 Premier teams in each age bracket, so the number of matches is limited and the level of play is higher. Teams are competing for a chance to represent their age at the 2024 Presidents Cup.

Will you need a hotel room for the weekend? *
Hotel rooms are very limited and will be first come, first serve. Rooms are only for referees that do not have a player or team participating in the event and you must be 18. Rooms will be double occupancy. We will need to book rooms soon so a maybe may not give you a room.
