Thanks for your interest in speaking at our chapter.  Please read and agree to the terms presented.  Our monthly meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm and the Tuesday night prior from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm EST at Brookside Country Club, 850 N. Adams Street, Pottstown, PA (unless otherwise noted).  You are encouraged to come 1/2 hour early for extra time to connect.  It is expected that you will speak at both meetings.

SPEAKER GUIDELINES:
*  Speakers will be considered on an ongoing basis, depending upon the needs and direction of the members
*  You are not required to be a Polka Dot Powerhouse member to be considered as a speaker
*  Polka Dot Powerhouse membership will give you priority over non-members
*  If you are a member, you must be a member in good standing
*  Polka Dot Powerhouse entitles non-members to one meeting at a guest.  If you have been a guest speaker at any Polka Dot Powerhouse chapter within the last year, you will not be considered until you have acquired a membership with Polka Dot Powerhouse.
*  We don't allow "selling from the stage"; however, you're welcome to pass around an email list for guests and members to opt in to your email list and bring any marketing materials that you would like to pass around or place on our marketing table.  We like to have our speakers remain focused on educating, and/or inspiring our guests and members.  If you have any questions about this, please ask.
*  The Presentation Overview and Brief Introduction/Biography  that you submit in this application are all subject to editing for spelling, grammar and punctuation errors as the Managing Director and/or Speaker Coordinator sees fit.  This is to help us market you in the best possible way.
*  If you are considered, the Speaker Coordinator our Managing Director will contact you for a brief chat to be sure you are a right fit for our members.
*  You will have 20-25 minutes, which will include your presentation and any Q&A
*  You are expected to pay the $25 cost each for dinner and lunch (cash only).

Please Note:  If your topic  changes at the last minute, please let me know since we may have to reschedule you in order to fit into the appropriate schedule/theme for the meeting.

ITEMS NEEDED FROM YOU:
*  Your headshot
*  A 3-5 minute video introducing yourself and sharing why your topic would be a great fit for our members. The video does not need to be professionally filmed.  Your phone camera works great!  The video is not required for consideration, but definitely helps and may be used for promotion.
