My goal as a coach is not to teach my clients specific workout routines, how to do a specific diet, or how to meditate. My goal is to give my clients the tools they need in order to find a process, the right version and combination of those things, that works for them to achieve success in the key areas of life:

I have found that main reasons people don’t meet their goals are because they:
1) Don't know or are not clear on what their goals are
2) Know their goals but don’t know what action steps to take to achieve them
3) Know their goals but are following action steps that are out of alignment with
who they are and what is right for them

A N D who you are, you fall in love with the process!
And when you love the process, you can stay consistent, and where you are consistent...
