Licensing and Public Liability A copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate showing cover to £5million and your license to trade issued by Highland Council must be submitted with confirmation of payment to stalls@carvecarrbridge.com
Arrival
The field will be open to vehicles for setting up from 6.30am until 8.30am on Saturday 2nd September -please be on time. If you would prefer to set up on Friday, 1st September please email stalls@carvecarrbridge.com
For Health & Safety reasons, all vehicles must be removed from the field by 9.00am on the day of the event, unless the vehicle forms part of a stall as agreed. Parking is available within the village car park and school grounds for stall holders.
Gates will open to the public at 9.30am on Saturday 2nd September.
Departing
Vehicles and stalls can be removed from the field on completion of the Grand Auction.
- Therefore, no vehicles are permitted to move on or off the field between the hours of 9.00am until authorised to do so by the stalls coordinator after the Grand Auction has closed.
- Please leave your stall pitch as you find it, removing all litter to appropriate bins or taking it with you.
- Please stay within your allocated pitch area.
ProhibitionsThe sale of pyrotechnics, lasers, knives and fire arms by any stall attending the event is prohibited. The sale of “silly string” is also prohibited due to the environmental impact of this material on the village playing field.
Health RestrictionAll stall holders must abide by Government guidelines for events relating to disease control measures.
Carve Carrbridge, and its organising committee, reserve the right to refuse or accept all stall applications.
Carve Carrbridge, and its organising committee, reserve the right to remove any stall holders from the event field, if they do not adhere to the terms and conditions stated on this document.
