This form is for current graduates in the Class of 2022. Students can choose to pick up final transcripts in the Granada High School main office or have them mailed (via US Mail) to the college or address of their choice. If you would like your transcripts sent electronically, do NOT use this form. Instead, select Option 2 on Granada's website to be directed to Parchment (
www.parchment.com). Select the HOLD FOR GRADES option when requesting a final transcript. There is a $5 fee for this service.
Students attending LAS POSITAS COLLEGE can select the option for us to send their transcripts directly to the college.
Please read and complete this form carefully.
Please submit a new form for each transcript request. You may send your transcript to an Institution (college), Financial Aid, Scholarships or to yourself (if you want an official copy for yourself). Your first 2 transcripts are free. Each additional transcript is $5. Exact cash or a check payable to Granada Counseling Department are preferred methods of payment.
If you would like your final transcript to be mailed, PRINT THIS FORM after you complete it and BEFORE you click the submit button. Bring the form to the Counseling & Career Center by Monday, June 6, 2022 with a STAMPED ENVELOPE(s), ADDRESSED to your institution(s) or home address. Granada will provide a label for the return address.
**Students who select to PICK UP a final transcript in the Granada High School main office can do so beginning Monday, June 20 - Friday, June 24 between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Transcripts requested online will be mailed before June 30, 2022.
Final Transcript includes all grades through June 9, 2022.
