Cancellation Policy for First Step Kids Services: 
To cancel services for your child at First Step Kids, we kindly request that parents provide at least one month (30 days) notice prior to the desired cancellation date. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the parent being responsible for the payment of fees for the subsequent month. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing or through our designated communication channels. The notice period ensures proper arrangements can be made and helps maintain the smooth operation of our services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this cancellation policy. If you have any questions or need assistance with the cancellation process, please don't hesitate to contact our dedicated staff members. In the event that one month (30 days) of notice is not given, the owing fees for the subsequent month will be due and owing. Any failure to pay these owing amounts, will result in the case being forwarded to debt collections.  Thank you for being a part of the First Step Kids.
