NOTICE: ASB MEMBERS ARE NOT ELEGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN SPIRIT SQUAD.

Please be prepared to complete the entire document in one session,(required maximum time 30 minutes)  which includes providing personal information and answering short answer questions.

You must complete this application by August 19,2020. You will be notified of your admission by August 22,2020
Requirements for Spirit Squad:

Grades: In order to be in Spirit Squad , you must maintain a 2.5 GPA and receive no F's letter grade or more than one U in citizenship per semester. If your GPA drops or if you receive unsatisfactory marks in citizenship or attendance while in Spirit Squad . You will be placed on probation or removed from your duties.

Lunch Period: All Spirit Squad Members must be available to have meetings during lunch for the 2020-2021 school year.

Mandatory Activities: Throughout the year there will be many mandatory activities to
participate in. These include lunch activities, weekends, athletic games etc…
