Vendors must be set-up and ready by 8:45am and stay until 3:00pm for customer browsing.
Student volunteers will be available for load in, tear down, and other needs throughout the day.

You will receive notice of approval within 2 business days.

Booths are first come, first served locations.
We will begin with the large gym, using the commons for any food vendors.
If we gain enough interest, we will open the second gymnasium.

Vendor Terms
Please read & agree to the vendor information below before submitting your registration. You must agree to the terms to participate.
Registration Deadline: November 17, 2021 No new vendors will be accepted after this date. No refunds will be issued after this date. Payment must be made at the time of registration. *
Set-Up & Take-Down Hours: Booths will be set up from 7:00-8:45am and taken down 3:00-5:00pm. Vendors must be set up by 8:45am and are required to be set up during the entire event 9:00am-3:00pm. No early departures permitted. Student volunteers will be available for load in and tear down. *
Absolutely no open flame, alcohol, or tobacco products allowed on school grounds. MSHS Craft Fair Organizers reserve the right to refuse and/or remove vendors/products deemed inappropriate on school grounds. *
Electronic Agreement of Terms:
I have read the application information and agree to abide by all the terms, vendor criteria and those described therein, including being present the entire show, selling and exhibiting only my approved items. If chosen to participate in the Craft Fair, the undersigned and their family and representatives agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Manitou Springs Student Council, Manitou Springs High School and District 14 and their officers, agents, employees and volunteers of and from claims, demands, action, or cause of action, which may hereafter exist by reason of any damage, loss or injury which may be sustained by the undersigned, their family, or representatives, in consequence of being allowed to participate in the Manitou Springs Fall Craft Fair.  No refunds to accepted vendors will be issued after November 18, 2022.
