Performance / REC Class Showcase Confirmation

Please confirm the following by OCT 15th 
  1.  if your dancer is enrolled Sept-Dec or Sept-May.
  2. showcases your dancer will be attending.

Important notes:
  1. There is a $85 costume fee per class   
  2. $75 showcase fee per event (includes 5 tickets)
  3. Showcase fee: is to cover cost of the theater and other expenses that we incur in order to put on the Event to Showcase all your dancers hard work, you also will receive a professional digital class photo!
  4. Costume fee: If doing both Sessions, & enrolled September-May 2024 we use the same costume(s) for both showcases.
