The Harbour Carnival Big Duck Race was launched in 2013 and was a resounding success with 50 ducks selling out in a matter of weeks.

Any business who wish to buy a duck for the first time can pledge £200 for a blank duck to brand themselves or £250 to receive a shiny new duck with their corporate branding.
Organisations who wish to re-enter their duck from last year are also asked to pledge £200.

First time owners also have the opportunity for place their company logo on their feathered friend. This will help distinguish it from all the other ducks that will be taking to the water when they are launched. I'm sure you will agree this is a quacking good deal.

100% of profits go to local charities.

Choose your duck *

£250 - I would like a brand new duck and provide Guernsey Round Table with a high quality copy of our logo for printing onto the duck.

£200 - I already have a duck, happy with the current branding, and would like to re-enter my duck.

£200 - I would like a brand new duck but will arrange my own branding.

Duck Travel Arrangements:

If you are in possession of your duck, you may deliver it to the Crown Pier on the day of the Harbour Carnival from 4PM. look out for one of our volunteers wearing a bright T-shirt.

If you did not collect your duck after last year's event the Guernsey Round Table would have made every effort to collect and secure your duck in our storage facility however, we cannot be held responsible in the event that your duck may have been picked up by an unknowing spectator or perhaps damaged during collection or storage.

If your duck is brand new, a member of the Guernsey Round Table will be in contact to arrange collection, unless you wish for us to deliver your duck to the start line! (Remember, you won't have an opportunity to customise your duck's decoration to stand a chance to win the Best Dressed Duck competition.)

If the Guernsey Round Table is in possession of your duck and you wish to customise it's attire, please let us know by e-mail (harbourcarnivalgsy@gmail.com) and we'll arrange a time for your to collect your duck from one of our members.
