THE ADOPTION FEE FOR OUR GREYHOUND IS  $1800 US
we are asking for a $1000 US deposit to reserve you a dog
After discussing your needs and preferences with our kennel manager we will match you with the best dog and send you pictures of the dog once the selection is made.
The dogs are spayed or, up to date with their vaccination, they will have received a dental,  they come with a general health certificate, a pet passport, they are microchipped, and you will receive along with your greyhound a muzzle, a collar and a leash.

We feel that Greyhounds are very special dogs.  For this reason, prospective adopters must be willing to agree to the following terms – our contract regarding adoption.  Answering the following questions signify that you understand and agree to this contract. *
Greyhounds placed by N.G.A. are to be kept exclusively as pets. *
A collar bearing identification is to be kept on the dog at all times. *
The Greyhound is an indoor only pet and is to be kept in the house at all times except for exercise and elimination.  THE DOG MAY NOT BE TIED UP OUTSIDE AND IS TO NEVER RUN LOOSE.   *
ADOPTIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERRABLE.  If for any reason, and at any time, you find you are unable to keep your Greyhound, the dog MUST be returned to N.G.A. *
N.G.A. may conduct a home visit prior to approval or post-adoption. *
Most importantly; N.G.A. reserves the right to repossess any Greyhound for violation of the condition of the contract of adoption or for mistreatment and/or neglect of any kind. *
Please note the following:  THE ADOPTION FEE FOR OUR GREYHOUND IS  $1800 US, the adoption conditions are stated in the first paragraph of this application.   By signing below you are certifying that all information that you have provided on this form is true and correct, and that you agree to abide by the conditions of the adoption contract stated herein.  Upon adoption, you are accepting full responsibility for the welfare and care of your Greyhound, releasing the Greyhound’s previous owner and Northern Greyhound Adoptions and its representatives from any liability from this day forward.  Please write your name below *
