All volunteers (age 16 and up) are required to fill out a Staff Registration Form. Anyone younger than 16 will be considered a kids camper or LIT Team Member. There are separate forms for kids campers and LIT Team Members.
Approval and placement of all Cabin Leaders and Staff will be at the Camp Leadership's discretion. This screening is requested to help provide a safe, secure environment for camp.
All camp staff must complete a Background Check Screening, pay required camp fees, and attend staff training before camp.
Volunteer Staff Camp Fees: $100 - These fees help cover the expense of room, food, t-shirt, insurance, and supplies. We ask our volunteers to view this week of camp as a local, short-term mission trip. (See appropriate forms for Kids Camper and LIT Team Member Fees)
Cancellation Policy: If canceling more than 2 weeks before camp, a full refund will be given. If cancellation occurs in the 2 weeks prior to camp, 1/2 refund will be given. If cancellation occurs the day camp begins, no refund will be given. This is due to expenses already incurred.
