We journey together in faith as participants with the Living Stream Church of the Brethren! Our online congregation is designed with a lot of flexibility, so we renew our participation and commitment to each other and this congregation annually.  In this way, we can celebrate those who intentionally and actively choose to be on this online journey of faith year by year, and bless those on their way who have been called in different directions.

To indicate your interest and participation for the year ahead, please complete the following form. You are able to choose the level of participation you desire, whether viewer (no commitments), friend, associate member, or member (see the participation page on our website at www.LivingStreamCOB.org/participation for detailed descriptions of each of these categories!).  We celebrate your participation at the level that fits you!  

The pastoral team will follow up with anyone joining us for the first time, and will also follow up with those indicating their desire for more formal categories of participation for the first time--whether associate membership or membership--to talk about receiving you as a member.  

By completing this form, we will know who is choosing to participate in our faith community for the coming year.  Additionally, by naming your gifts, talents, and interests, you will help your pastoral team know how best to include you!
