Registration Form for First Reconciliation/Eucharist       2023-2024

1st Reconciliation and 1st Communion Classes are offered for those children who have reached the age of reason, 7 years old. Preparation is usually done in 2nd grade, but parents may prayerfully choose when to start this preparation with their children after the child has turned 7.

All Fees collected for Sacrament Preparation go toward the purchase of books and classroom materials.

The fee for Sacrament Preparation this year is $20. If you paid the fee for Faith Formation you do not need to pay any additional money.

**Children should also be enrolled in Faith Formation unless they attend a Catholic school. Sacramental Preparation and Faith Formation sessions will be on Sundays from 8:45am to 9:45am unless otherwise noted.

If your child was not baptized at All Saints you must have a copy of the child’s baptismal certificate on file at All Saints Church Office. You may obtain this by contacting the church where your child was baptized and request a baptismal certificate be sent to All Saints.
