EVENT TITLE:  Small Business Saturday Marketplace
Description:     Promoting the "Small Biz Saturday" Shop Local campaign for Holiday shoppers to come out early and
                          shop local. AOH is a men's group so I would like to have some type of men's items for sale, so the members
                          in the building will be drawn to coming in as well, obviously I'll promote to the town and surrounding
                          communities and the AOH have agreed to let me hang a 6ft banner on there railing a week before the event!

Time:                       11:00am to 3:00 pm (NO early breakdowns)
Set-Up time:       9:30am -10:45 am (if you need more time to let me know at sign up)

Vendor Fee: $53.00  + $20.00 Raffle item Donation ( 8ft Table and electrical included for first 9 paid then next 5 includes 8ft no electrical) However, i have 2 6ft ovals with electrical. see below

Terms & Conditions:
*Payment is due upon acceptance.  Spots are not held without payment and need to be sent in a timely manner.  

If you need to cancel, you have the option of selling your paid spot to someone within YOUR COMPANY ONLY.  Please do not attempt to offer your spot to other DS companies or crafters, as this may result in duplicate companies or like products.All cancellations incur a $5.00 processing fee.  

One Direct Sales Company and no more than 2 people per vendor spot is allowed.

Completion of this application does not guarantee you a spot at an event.  If your accepted, you will receive an email or facebook message with further instructions.

Sugar Me Sweet Events reserves the right to refuse vendor applications at my discretion.
