I am an undergraduate student following BSc (Hons) Software Engineering at the NSBM Green University, Sri Lanka affiliated with Plymouth University, UK.

The following questionnaire is conducted as a part of my final year Project which is to develop a depression detection and suicide risk management application. I would appreciate it if you could spend a little bit of your valuable time completing the following questionnaire. The data will be used strictly for academic purposes, therefore all data gathered will be securely stored, kept anonymous and treated confidentially throughout the project. Participation is entirely voluntary and if you feel that this questionnaire might affect your mental health in any way, then you do not have to take part.
