Stipend/Salary
- Trainees will be given a stipend of Rs. 11000/- for
engineering and 12000/- for Management students per month during training period.
- Salary slabs post training will be on the basis
of Performance based Evaluation, post successful completion of Min 6 months to max 9months of
technical training, it will be as per IT industry standards.
- After successful completion of training, the salary will be between 3LPA to 8LPA (It
will be completely performance driven evaluation)
- All the above depends on the performance, Quality
and know-how of students
Interview Process
- Online/offline Technical Aptitude test at
college/ Training Institut
- Offline Personal Technical interview at college
or SD office with Technical Panel at Mohali, Nagpur and Dehradun respectively.
- Offline personal interview with CEO
