Directors, please fill out the following information to register for the spring Northeast Region Large Group Festivals.

We have updated our registration process this year, hopefully simplifying the process for you as a teacher, in addition to your school/district following up with the invoicing and payments.

You may now register all of your performing ensembles with one entry.  The only exception is if you are at multiple schools, and need to be invoiced to each separate school.  All ensembles registered in one entry will be billed to the same invoice

The registration window for Large Group Festival is, October 1 through November 1.   Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation.  Invoices will generated and sent prior to December 1.  Payment is due, January 15, 2020, and the schedule will be sent by February 1.

Please submit invoices to be paid to your school/district as soon as you receive them.  Schedule preferences will only be given to those performing ensembles paid in full prior to the payment due date, January 15.
