* This Registration Form must be submitted for each student, and total fees must be postmarked before midnight on the due date.

It is up to the recital coordinator whether to accept late registrations.
A single $10 teacher late fee must be included for late registrations or payment.

PAYMENT:
•Teachers, please send ONE CHECK payable to SPTF for your total registration fees to the SPTF treasurer.
   
• Write total # of performance slots in the check's notes section.

 FEES: •$10 per programmed slot, per student*
             •Multiple siblings pay full price.
             *Duets for 2 students are considered one slot.
             *Music Link Students may have their fees waived by sending verification of Music Link status.

REGULATIONS:
• Students may perform multiple pieces, time permitting
•Time limits per student are flexible depending on time constraints.  
  ○ 3 minutes total guaranteed for multiple pieces
  ○ 5 minutes guaranteed for a single piece
  ○ Double time guaranteed if paying $20 for a longer performance
10 minutes or more is allowed for $10 if registration isn't too full and there's enough time.
• If one teacher registers 8 or more students, their students will likely be divided between at least 2 recitals.  
• Any exceptions may be granted at the discretion of the Recital Coordinator.
