Join us for a weekend of Self-Inquiry, Creativity and Community. Awaken to the True Essence of who you are and create freely and intuitively from that essence. Facilitated by Margot Gedert.

Enjoy abundant meditation, movement and intuitive painting using tempera paints and paper. All art materials will be provided & no experience is necessary.

Start each day with movement, embodied meditation & self-inquiry leaving an abundant amount of time for painting, silence, communing with nature and each other.  Creating intuitively from Essence using a painting process inspired by Chris Zydel, the founder of “Painting from the Wild Heart”.  We will support each other in a safe and compassionate container, surrendering to the natural, intuitive creative flow that expresses itself through us.  Finally, we will share and honor our discoveries together, leaving with a sense of support for living as our True Essence.

When:  Afternoon of Friday July 22nd 3pm-5pm, Saturday July 23rd from 9am - 4pm.

Where:  Chama Art Center, 278 Maple Avenue Chama , NM

Who:   Anyone over the age of 18 who wants to discover their True Essence & the natural creativity that flows from there.

Cost is $150  - full payment of the class cost is due July 18th.

DEADLINES AND CANCELLATIONS: Registration and payment is required by July 18th.
