4.1 Seeking Out Solitude
Head out into the zoo and find a quiet place in a relaxing location to try out each of these stress management strategies and record how they each make you feel

1. Strategy one (roughly 5 minutes) - meditation, take 5 minutes to work on clearing your mind and just thinking about your surroundings. Record how you reacted in the space below.
2. Strategy two (roughly 3 minutes) - controlled breathing, for 2-3 minutes only focus on taking in large breaths, holding it for a couple of seconds, and then slowly exhaling. Your focus should be on nice controlled breathing. Record how you reacted in the space below.
3. Strategy three (roughly 5 minutes) - Mini Yoga, do some basic yoga poses or stretches (for about a minute for each one) the whole time you are doing a particular pose or stretch focus on your breathing again. Record how you reacted in the space below.
