2024-2025 Senior Off-Campus Study Hall Application
Seniors wishing to have Off-Campus Study Hall period(s) must meet the following criteria:
 
-  Must be a senior on track for graduation
 - Must have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.5 or higher
 - Must have a minimum of 20 credits starting senior year
 - Must be approved by School Counselor and Administration
 - Parent must give permission via this form
 - Can only take off-campus study hall period(s) IF student  DOES NOT need these credits to graduate  
 - Can take up to (3) off-campus study hall periods
 - Must take consecutively at beginning or end of day
 - Student CAN NOT be on campus during off-campus study hall
 - Student/parent is responsible for transportation on/off campus
