Connect Thru Cancer Secret Santa Donor Form 2023
Connect Thru Cancer is excited to announce its Secret Santa Program for 2023 and we would be thrilled to have your support! This festive program provides families a break from the financial, physical and emotional stress of a  cancer diagnosis. It allows our generous supporters looking to give back this holiday season an opportunity to help others in their community. We will be sharing a sign up comprised of items from our families' gift lists, so YOU can select the gift(s) you would like to purchase! 
We ask for UNWRAPPED donations to be dropped off in the West Chester area (our offices) the week of Dec. 4th. This will allow us to wrap and distribute the gifts to our families in plenty of time!
