SFA Twirling Camp: Half Day Registration
Wednesday June 28 – Saturday July 1, 2023
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Stephen F. Austin State University Campus & Nacogdoches County Civic Center

Location: Nacogdoches County Civic Center, located at 3805 NW Stallings Dr., Nacogdoches, Texas, 75964.

Eligibility: Anyone entering Pre-K through 3rd grade.  

Half Day Camp Fees include tuition, snacks, and T-shirt.
• SFA Half Day Camp for Pre-K – 3rd Grade: $60 per person by June 15, 2023; T-shirts no guaranteed if registering after June 15th. 

Refunds:
• $25 fee on refunds if notified by, June 15, 2023.  NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AFTER JUNE 15, 2023.

Send payments for camp by personal check, school check or money order to Candice Curbow, 1161 CR 1362, Garrison, TX 75946. Make checks payable to Timeless Twirl-O-Jacks.

**Credit & Debit Card Payments: READ CAREFULLY!!!!
Online payments may be paid through Venmo @Candice-Curbow. At the bottom, you will see an option to turn on for purchases.....DO NOT TURN THIS ON!! This charges a fee that you will be responsible for paying if you send payment with this option selected.
**Please be sure to include the campers first & last name with payment.

Food Service:  A morning snack will be provided for half day campers. The Timeless TOJ Concession stand will be available and stocked with snack food items and water for $2.00 each, cash only. Concession Tickets can be opened by parents at registration.  
 
Classes Offered:
*Half Day Camp: Pre-K-3rd Grades 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.; Fundamentals, Dance Twirl, craft session

Camper Supervision & Class Instruction: Every activity of camp life will be supervised and instructed by the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack Alumni members and the SFASU Twirl-O-Jack line members.

What to Bring: 1 Baton, water

Activities: Half day campers will make a craft during their camp. The craft may be a keepsake item or a prop to use in their routine. All craft supplies will be provided.

Final Demonstration: Saturday, July 1, 2023, Time & Location TBA.
Attire: Black shorts, camp t-shirt and twirling shoes.

No refunds are given in cases of expulsion from camp. I understand that the camp reserves the right to expel a student on these grounds.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack Twirling Camp and related events and activities, the undersigned: **1. Agrees that the parent(s), and/or legal guardian(s) will instruct the minor participant that prior to participating he or she should inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if the participant believes anything is unsafe, he or she should immediately advise his or her coach or supervisor of such condition and refuse to participate. **2. ACKNOWLEDGES AND FULL UNDERSTANDS that each participant will be engaging in ACTIVITIES THAT INVOLVE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY, INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY AND DEATH, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from their own actions, inactions or negligence, but the action, inaction or negligence of others, the rules of play, or the condition of the premises or of any equipment used. Further, that there may be other risks not known to us or not reasonable foreseeable at this time. **3. ASSUMES ALL THE FOREGOING RISK AND ACCEPT PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGES following such injury, permanent disability or death. **4. RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack Alumni Association, it's affiliated clubs, their respective administrators, directors, agents, coaches, and other employees of the organization, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and leasers of premises used to conduct the event, all of which are hereinafter reffered to as "releases" from any and all liability to each of the undersigned, his or her heirs and next of kin for any and ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PARTY BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.  I/WE HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE, UNDERSTAND THAT WE HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY ACCEPTING IT AND ACCEPT IT VOLUNTARILY.
Timeless TOJ Photo Release *
During the course of the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack's Twirling Camp, photographs and videos may be taken and used in the promotion of the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack Alumni Association and its funding sources. These may appear in newspapers, on television and on internet promotions for the Timeless Twirl-O-Jack's Twirling Camp.
