Parent Input Letter for 2024-2025

The focus of the parent input form is to provide parents an opportunity to share with us their insight into the social/emotional, developmental, and academic needs of their child/children.

We spend many hours and weeks during the summer reviewing the individual needs of the students based on teacher and parent input to create positive environments with a variety of learning styles.  Our goal is to create balanced learning communities where students are able to develop and enhance academic and cooperative learning skills to prepare them for future learning and work.

In order to create balanced classrooms and a positive learning environment for each child, we will NOT be able to honor requests for specific teachers by nameInput forms requesting a specific named teacher will be returned to the parent.  Please remember that some of our current staff may be changing grade levels, moving, or retiring.  You may provide input on your child’s learning style.  If you feel strongly that your child should be separated from another student, you may indicate one name of a student on this form.  We will do our best to comply with your requests.

As always, we strive to build a strong sense of community by working together:  parents, teachers ,and administrators.  The teachers have worked very hard this year to revise and develop new instructional strategies that will benefit all learners.  We look forward to creating collaborative classrooms that allow the teachers to expand their skills to provide 21st Century Learning opportunities utilizing diverse critical thinking skills.  Please complete by June 21, 2024.
