Coming Soon: Emerge | Embody

Emerge | Embody: a trauma informed, 3 month coaching container for women who are aching to end the war with their own bodies and BE at peace in their souls.

Over the years, women have shared with me how relationships with themselves, their bodies and food are riddled with shame, secrecy and confusion. I've also witnessed first hand the massive power of healing together in community. In Emerge | Embody we get curious about what is getting in the way of having a secure connection with your body, and nourishing yourself with food and movement. We integrate with somatic practice so that you can embody your most unapologetic, and sovereign self. In this container you'll develop a greater capacity to be with what is, and expand a sense of ease within. This work can be playful, serious, deep and broad.

The reality is, every relationship we have in our lives is influenced by the tone we've set in our relationship with ourselves. This container is an opportunity to invest your time and energy into becoming who you truly are.

If the Nurturing Embodiment experience is calling to you, please fill out the form below and I'll be in touch with you shortly.

*This group is not meant to take the place of mental health services and is not appropriate as the sole support for those suffering from active eating disorders. ,However, Emerge | Embody can be a supportive additional resource for women with active disordered eating, already working regularly with a therapist. If you need specialized care, please reach out and I will do my best to put you in touch with a trusted provider.
