FASHION SHOW DESIGNER AGREEMENT

Welcome to the 14th Fetish Expo we are excited to have you on board for our amazing Fashion Show!

We try to encourage designers to have a stall at the expo and can offer discounted rates for those who are involved in the show – it’s a great way to capture your market before and after the show however we realise it’s a lot of work

Saturday 15th October 2022
12 noon – 7pm
with the Fashion Show at 4 pm

There is a $50 administration fee to participate just in the fashion show (this covers the cost of lanyards)

Logos and Music for your segment

You’re required to email your logos at 300 dpi resolution roughly 10cm x 10cm unless your logo is a rectangular format then size accordingly.

You’re required to email your music selection no longer than 4-5 minutes long in an MP3 format. We will be transferring this onto a disc for rehearsals and a USB stick on the day for the Production Manager.

The music must be upbeat and fast paced as we don't want to drop the atmosphere during the fashion show, please consult with Susan before finalising your music choice

Deadline for both Logos and Music to be emailed to me is September 1 st 2022

Intro to Your Segment for the MC

You must supply via email a couple of paragraphs about your business for the MC the deadline for this is 1st of September

Rehearsals will be in the Friday the 14th from 6pm - 10pm where the Production Manager will be bumping in and setting up but she will work around us. Letting everyone know that I be arriving at the venue at 6.30pm and will stay until 10pm. So I would suggest that this is when you and your models should turn up. Rehearsal will start at 6.45pm. I will already have your music in order on 1 USB with only the one song / music for you section .

We would like to get at least 3-4 run throughs of the parade so we all know it without any issues the next afternoon on Show Day. I have decided so there’s not any congestion backstage a glory walk will be at the end of your segment and not everyone at the end of the parade.

Do not hesitate to start your own rehearsals at another location beforehand so when you come to the compulsory rehearsals on the Friday night it will be a lot easier.

Model, MUA and Hairstylist details

Every model, designer and stylist must complete, sign and return the release form provided prior to the 1 st of September – we will have a quantity at the rehearsal on the Friday night before however it is your responsibility to ensure this.

We require a full list of Models names And each model must complete the online release form

Show Starts
The Fashion Show which will be on the main stage at approximately 4pm will roughly go for 1 hour.
