Faculty Connections is an institutionalized, faculty-led orientation and mentoring program. We strive to welcome and integrate new faculty into Lane Community College. Full and part-time faculty are invited to attend; first-time attendees and mentors are eligible for a small stipend.

The Faculty Connections seminar will take place remotely, with synchronous sessions during the morning of Friday, September 17th and the afternoon of Monday, September 20th.

Participant - New faculty - Attend the fall seminar and receive invitations to Faculty Connections events (eligible for a stipend).

Mentee - New faculty. Participate in the seminar and get assigned a mentor (eligible for stipends).

Mentor - Experienced faculty - Participate in the seminar and act as a mentor throughout the academic year (eligible for stipends).

Participant - Experienced faculty - Attend the fall seminar and receive invitations to Faculty Connections events (not eligible for a stipend).
