What is Coping Together? Coping Together is a postpartum mental health and wellbeing workshop series created in partnership with the West Toronto Ontario Health Team. Coping Together intends to support you in navigating postpartum transitions by building resilience through supportive
connections, coping strategies, and self-care.
What will we explore?
Coping Together is a 6-week series, with each session building off the last. However, you are not required to attend every session and can choose which weeks feel most relevant to you. Here is an overview of each week's theme:
Week 1 - Expectations vs. reality of postpartum life and parenthood
Week 2 - Postpartum mental health
Week 3 - Learning mindfulness and grounding strategies for emotional wellness
Week 4 - Navigating tough thoughts and learning to reframe them
Week 5 - Self-compassion and self-care in parenthood
Week 6 - Nurturing support systems and learning to ask for what we need
When is it?
Wednesdays from 4 - 5 pm EST, June 19 - July 24, 2024

Via Zoom (link to be sent the day before each session)
