Please complete this form if you are a volunteer for St Mary Magdalen Parish or School and would like access to our guest wifi network. Once complete, a member of the technology team will meet with you to enter the access code on your device.

Due to features of a cell phone, we are not allowing guest cell phones to utilize our wifi network. If you have a special request for your phone to access the network, please email mcalvanicopollio@smmchurch.org.

St Mary Magdalen Parish and School reserves the right to monitor and track all behaviors and interactions that take place online or through the use of technology on our property or at our events. We expect our volunteers to act responsibly and thoughtfully when using technology.

The use of all parish/school-owned technologies including the campus network and its Internet connection is limited to educational purposes. Commercial and recreational use of campus technology resources is prohibited.

The following guidelines must be adhered to while using the guest network:

I will respect the privacy of others while utilizing the St Mary Magdalen Guest network.

I will not intentionally seek information on, obtain copies of, or modify files, other data, or passwords belonging to others.

I will not misrepresent or assume the identity of others.

I will not post private information about another person or re-post information that was sent privately without the permission of the person who sent the information

I will not not post photos or videos of others without prior permission.

I will not alter, change, modify, repair, or reconfigure settings on school-owned devices or network settings.

If I accidentally access inappropriate information or if someone sends me inappropriate information, I will immediately report it to the Director of Technology and the senior-most staff member who is in charge of my volunteer activity.

If I witness someone else either deliberately or accidentally access inappropriate information or use technology in a way that violates this policy, I will report the incident as soon as possible to the Director of Technology and the the senior-most staff member who is in charge of my volunteer activity.

I understand that St Mary Magdalen Parish and School retain the right to suspend service, accounts, and access to data

I understand that St Mary Magdalen Parish and School are not responsible for any damages to personal devices utilizing the network.

I agree to waive any claim against the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, its organizations and institutions (“CDOW”), and release CDOW from any liability for any violation of the terms of the agreement and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless CDOW from any third party claims which may result from violating the terms of the agreement, including but not limited to all attorney fees and court costs which may arise from said violation
