Indian Education ACT VOUCHER REQUEST - High School Students
Lawton Public Schools high school students with qualifying and completed Indian Education (ED 506) forms on file in the LPS Federal Program office are elligible to apply to receive a voucher to defray the cost of taking the ACT assessment. Please complete the questions below to apply.

ACT vouchers will be emailed to the parent/guardian of qualifying students by Federal Programs staff prior to the registration deadline. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and that you monitor it regualarly.
