Please attempt to install your car seats before arriving.  If you have manuals for your car seat/booster and vehicle, please have them available. If you do not have them, that's okay too!

Please complete the form for vehicle you wish to have checked.  Currently we are only able to accommodate 1-2 seats per vehicle. This is a hands-on clinic - caregivers should be prepared to work with the technician-candidates at the clinic. If your children are in attendance, please try to have another adult attend with you so that your children are supervised while you work with the technician-candidates.

Everyone in attendance (except for children under age 2) needs to wear a well-fitting mask for the duration of the inspection clinic.
