"@The Open Studio" Summer Program 2023 Registration Form (ages 4-11)
Welcome to camp @The Open Studio. We are so excited that you have decided to join us this summer!

This summer we are running two programs. 
"@ The Open Studio" (for ages 4-11) will be taking place at our studio in Baka (Tsiporra Street) 
and our TEEN PROGRAM: "Artists as Mentors" (for ages 12-16) which will be taking place at various artists workshops around Jerusalem. 

This form is for registering for our "@The Open Studio" program only. 

Session 1 July 2-13 (10 days) Paper, Fabrics & Jewelry
Session 2 July 16-26 (9 days) Fantastical Creatures 
Session 3 July 30-Aug 10 (10 days) Creative Elements: Earth, Air, Water & Fire 
Session 4 Aug 13-24 (10 days) Eco Arts 

Hours: Our camp day is from 9-2. Early Drop of (from 8:30) and an afternoon program (until 3:30) are also available.  
Groups: Children will be grouped according to age with exceptions for siblings as requested, there is a place on this form to choose a friend to be with.
Food: We provide a snack in the morning and campers bring their own lunches.

There will be no camp on Tisha Ba'av Thursday July 27.

Cost per session:
Early Registration (Until June 10) 1780 per session, 990 for a single week, 1680 for Session 2 (no camp on 9 Av)
Late Registration (after June 10) 1880, 1040 for a single week, 1780 for Session 2 (no camp on 9 Av)
3 Session/Family Discount* - Sign up for 3 sessions or more, or 3 children for the same session, save an additional 100 per child, per session!

After this form is complete, we will send you an invoice. Please make sure your email is correct when filling out this form. Your space will not be reserved until payment is made. Space is limited. If we are full by the time you register, we will notify you and give you the option to be added to our waiting list.

Afternoon Program צהרון - Do you need an afternoon program? Note: The program will run from 2-3:30pm and will be outdoors in Park Lifshitz (a block from the studio). There will be an additional snack provided, a counselor running activities and free play. Pick up will be from the park. (200 nis per week)

Partial Sessions
Partial Sessions - If you would like to register for only one week of a session, please let us know which weeks you are registering for. The weekly price rather than the session price will be applied. The sibling/multiple session discount will be counted by weeks of camp registered and is only for families coming for 6 weeks or more.

Groups - feel free to name someone that your child would like to be grouped with. We can only honor this if both friends request each other.
Camp Policies תקנון הקייטנה
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation more than 2 full weeks before the start of the session, there is a fee of 200 NIS.
Cancellations 2 full weeks or less before the start of the session will not be refunded. Children asked to leave camp due to behavior issues will not be refunded.

Corona Considerations:
-No refunds will be given in the event that a camper needs to go into isolation due to covid.
