Summer Childcare Service - Registration Form

We are excited to announce our Summer Childcare Service, taking place from 30th June to 31st July 2025! 
Our childcare will offer an engaging mix of fun, creativity, and learning for children during the summer holidays.

Program Details:  Monday to Thursday, 8.30 - 4.00pm for children aged 3 - 5 years. 
Cost per Full Day Session: £45 for 7.5 hours including 2 snacks and lunch) 

Payment: Once sessions and places are confirmed, we will send invoices in June for payment to be made in advance.  You may get help towards your child care costs please use the following links to find out more: https://www.gov.uk/tax-free-childcare /  https://www.gov.uk/guidance/universal-credit-childcare-costs

Bookings are open until Friday 30th May  Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis, so we encourage early booking. You will be sent an invoice for the sessions you have booked to confirm your place. If you decide to cancel any sessions after the 13th June, these will still be charged.
