By commissioning me (eussless, the artist), you (the commissioner) are agreeing to abide by the terms of service described herein. Any breaching of these points will result in blacklist.

It is strictly forbidden to use my artwork for NFT / cryptocurrency / other blockchain contents and AI imaging websites or any other AI related programs. Anyone who supports and/or use AI artworks will be rejected.

Do not claim / edit / modify / repost / steal / trace / heavily reference / print / use my artworks in any way without permission. Only commissioner may use the respective commissioned work.

• By commissioning me, you agree to get your desired character drawn in my style, proportion, color choices, and all the artistic choices that follows. I will refuse any revision regarding what makes up my art style. There will be alteration(s) in color to fit my color palette choices.
• This commission is a digital artwork, there will be no shipping of any physical goods.
• Please only provide clear and high resolution visual references. Mistakes due to unclear, pixelated, blurred reference images are not my responsibility. Please avoid using google docs visual references, but you may provide docs for additional information such as lore.
• Detailed designs, additional items, animals, and light NSFW options (such as blood, bruises, body horror) will be charged extra fee depending on complexity.
• I will put my tiny sign in the artwork and it is forbidden to remove it.
• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

• All prices are in USD through Wise or IDR (current conversion rate applies) through BNI/Mandiri.
• Full payment is in advance. I will not start working until the payment is completed.
• Payment is expected within 48 hours. If I do not receive delay confirmation, I will consider it as hit and run and have you blacklisted.
• Payment plan is available for purchase over $800 with 40% non refundable down payment. You will not be able to retain this 40% payment even if you suddenly cancel your commission. 
• For payment plan option, progress further than base color will not be started until full payment is completed.
• Additional fee will be requested if the commission turns out to be more complex than initial estimation and/or there's an upgrade of cropping due to the pose (i.e. half body to thigh up).

• Revisions could only be done during sketching and base coloring stages maximum of twice revisions in total. Any additional revisions and revision after artwork is finished will be charged with extra fee depending on the revision scale.
• I will not work on additional revision(s) until the fee is paid.
• Major revision can only be done during sketching. Revision afterwards only covers minor revision, such as adding forgotten accessories or color adjustments.
• I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished artwork if no feedback was given to amend it.
• I have the right to refuse a revision pertaining to artistic skills and choices that is different from my artwork style. I will not accept any revision that "fix my art" as I only provide what I am best at. Please reconsider if my style is not what you are seeking.

• Work in progress/sketches will be submitted to you twice during sketching and base coloring stage.
• Completion of each commission piece is normally within one month and longest could be up to 5 months depending on factors such as: queue order, commission complexity, real life issues, health/weather condition, or other unforeseen situations.
• I will notify any long delays in case situation above arises. Unless inquired first, I will only contact you when I have finished each stages (after sketch and base coloring).
• Request with deadline will be charged with rush fee 50%~150% of total price depending on how rushed the deadline and how complex the request is.
• I do not accept deadline which is less than one month away.

• All commissions are for personal use only.
• Commissioner may use the commissioned artwork for personal use including but not limited to: social media profile picture, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website displays.
• You are not allowed to claim / edit / modify / repost / steal / trace / heavily reference / print / use my artworks in any way without permission.
• Commissioner is allowed to use and repost the watermarked art I provided with proper credit linking back to my social media account.
• For Commercial Use, fee varies from 50% up to 300% of base price depending on the scale of commercial use.
• The following cases are considered commercial use: reproducing and selling the artwork publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, other promotional purposes (eg. YouTube, Twitch, personal site, business cards etc).
• Temporary private fee is $100. This applies for a set amount of time client requested, and artwork will be published after the specified date. I do not accept completely privatizing my artwork.
• If you've read everything, write your favorite food in the right field.
  
• Characters commissioned may belong to other parties but the copyright over my art is still mine. I have the right to distribute or use the art as commission display/samples/portfolio/other non-profit means.

• I do not do refund.
• Refund is only possible if I fail to communicate about delay and unable to complete the artwork within 6 months after payment or 1 month past the agreed deadline.
• Refunded amount will be unfinished portion of the artwork. If I have progressed for 60%, eligible refund amount is 40%.
• Strictly no filing a chargeback for any reason. Public blacklist and PSA will be posted for anyone who breaches this point.
