Please complete this form in order to nominate yourself for 1 of the 2 MIFA At-Large positions on the Forensic Council for the term running 7/1/2023 - 6/30/2025.

Nominations will be accepted through midnight Friday June 2nd, 2023.
Ballots will be sent to members on Monday June 5, 2023 and votes can be cast thru 9am on June 26, 2023.
