說起和菓子,很多人都會問:「不是就是糯米糍嗎?」 其實和菓子只是日式甜點的意思,就如日本人稱西式甜點為洋菓子一樣。和菓子種類繁多,這課程針對教授「練切」和菓子的製作方法。第一課會教授練切外的基本製作方法,及多項造型技巧,令你回家也能輕鬆簡單做出精緻又美味的菓子。
*學費已包括材料及課堂上會借用所有工具。
When we talk about Japanese sweets (Wagashi), most people only think of Mochi. In fact, similar to Western pastry, Wagashi refers to numerous type of Japanese desserts. In this course, we are going to focus on teaching one of the Wagashi called "Nerikiri". This first lesson allows students to learn how to use simple ingredients and basic tools to re-create Nerikiri, this delicate and delicious Japanese sweet, at home.
