The following survey is the same as the two separate survey 1 (issues and decisions) and survey 2 (uncertainties and actors).  These surveys included exercises that begin our scenario development process in preparation for the Alaska Innovation Summit on February 28 & 29 in Juneau.  Attendance at the Summit is not required to participate in this survey. This survey is intended for residents of Alaska defined by having a primary residence in the state, regardless of how long.  This survey includes five sections that may take 15-30 minutes to complete depending on the detail you can share.  

Everyone completing this survey will receive a summary report of the responses including the final ranking that will be developed after the third survey is completed.

Privacy: If you are using your Google account (shown below if you are logged in) your work will be automatically saved and you can come back to it for 30 days on your personal account but is not shared with JEDC or AKV3. A Google account is NOT required.  Responses will be confidential and not shared in a way that would be identifiable to any single response or individual.  The raw data including emails will not be shared or public. You can stop working on the survey at any time, and none of your information will be sent to the research team (JEDC Staff and Alaska Version 3 staff) until you click on the "SUBMIT" button. Your email will only be used to send you notice of the final ranking survey and a link to receive the final report. If you want your submission removed, contact us.
