Registration Form: ISY Parents BBQ
Come join us for the ISY Parents BBQ! 
Mingle and meet with other parents whilst enjoying a great BBQ buffet and free-flow drinks. 
The ISY Parent Association is happy to welcome you on May 3rd, from 5-8pm at the ISY campus.

Places are limited to 100 parents; first come, first serve. The cost is 20,000 MMK per person and that includes free-flow food, beer and soft drinks. 
Please complete this form to register for the BBQ. We will collect payment on the day of the event.

We can provide wine to those who register an interest - we can reserve a bottle for you, which will be available for pick up from the bar on the day of the event. Payment for the reserved wine bottle(s) will need to be made at the business office of ISY by 19th of April to ensure availability. 

Please note:
- Only parents of children currently enrolled in ISY are welcome to the event.
- NO children will be allowed in the event as we will be serving alcohol during the party.
