Art Jamming Sessions
* Studio 19 Pte. Ltd. (referred to as “Our Studio” from here onwards)


Booking:
- Sessions are only deemed confirmed once full payment is made and verified by Our Studio.
- Participants are not required to bear the registration fee of SGD 20.

Billing:
- We will send a fee invoice via your preferred contact method.
- We will verify once we have received the payment. After which, the session is deemed confirmed.
- Participants are to be able to present the proof of payment (transaction screenshot) if asked.

Rescheduling of session:
- The notice of reschedule has to be given at least 24 hours before the supposed session commencement date and time.
- If notice of reschedule is given less than 24 hours from the supposed session commencement date and time, the full payment is therefore forfeited.

Cancellation:
- Notice of cancellation must be given at least 72 hours prior to session commencement date and time to be entitled to full refund.
- Notice of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours prior to session commencement date and time to be entitled to 50% refund.
- If notice of cancellation is given less than 24 hours prior to session commencement date and time, participants are not entitled to any refund.

Intellectual Property Rights:
- Our Studio reserves the right to photography and videography of participant's works for marketing purposes such as but not limited to social media posting, marketing and promotional collaterals, lesson planning and recording purposes and administrative purposes.
- Our studio does not hold our participant's completed artworks in our premise unless with consent from both parties (for competition or exhibition purposes). Participants are to bring all completed artworks home.
- Our studio will not hold incomplete artworks of participants in our premise.
- Our studio will not assist with the technical amendments of artworks meant for competition and major national and international examinations and is limited to only verbal and visual guidance.

During unprecedented times:
- In the case of a government-mandated lockdown or circumstances beyond our company's reasonable control and are instructed to cease operations, all sessions will be rescheduled accordingly.

Property liability:
- Our Studio will not be liable for any damage or loss of properties such as but not limited to artworks, music instruments and personal belongings
- All music students are to bring their own instruments.
- All completed artworks are to be brought home after the lesson.

During the session:
- Participants are allowed to consume beverages during the sessions.
- Participants are allowed to take photograph and videographs of your own sessions but please respect other participants whom you are sharing the space with.
- Staffs of Our Studio reserves the right to end the session immediately if participants do not adhere to our full terms and conditions.

Studio 19 Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Studio 19 Pte. Ltd reserves the right to decline any sales.
