Step 2: Locate Your Chromebook's Service Tag

Service Tag Number: This sticker is on the underside of your Chromebook near your name sticker. It has letters and numbers. (Ex: 1X7J2D2) (Type Missing if you don't have a sticker.) *

Step 3: Locate Your Chromebook's Assigned Name

Chromebook Assigned Name: This sticker is on the front of your Chromebook. Example: Starts with JH-CHR2016 (Type Missing if you don't have a sticker.) *

Chromebook Repairs

Please list any repairs your Chromebook needs, even if it is still working. (For example: cracked screen, cracked case or hinges, missing keys, sticking keys, etc.) *
