Please take a few minutes to complete the form below if you are interested in being considered for the District Health & Wellness Committee. The focus of this committee will be to monitor and provide input in the following areas: the impact of illnesses on the school community (including COVID and others); the District's nutritional and physical wellness practices; student social-emotional wellbeing.

Please note that, when reviewing interest forms, District administration attempts to select members from a range of buildings and levels (elementary, middle, and high school), as well as to select members who are not otherwise involved in other District committees.
